Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of Adobestocksy (adobestocksy.com). By using the website you agree to them.
The service
Adobestocksy provides access to twelve browser-based applications (PDFCraft, LightCraft, FilmCraft, FigCraft, DesignCraft, EffectCraft, CADCraft, DeckCraft, WordCraft, PhotoCraft, VectorCraft, GridCraft). The applications are open-source software created by their original authors and are provided under their own licences (MIT OR Apache-2.0), which you can read on the Copyright & Licenses page. These terms do not limit any rights those licences give you.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, to access the administration area or other non-public parts without permission, to circumvent security measures, or to use the website to infringe the rights of others.
Your content
Files you open in the applications stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you edit and for keeping your own copies. Data the applications keep in your browser's storage can be lost (for example when browser data is cleared), so save your work as files regularly.
Limitations of the tools
The applications are complex software that runs in your browser. Results depend on your device, browser and available memory and graphics support. Some features of the desktop versions of these applications are not available in a browser. We do not guarantee that every file will open, convert or export correctly; check important results before relying on them.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or remove features or applications at any time.
Intellectual property
The website's own text and design are protected by copyright. The applications, their names and their source code belong to their respective authors and are used under their open-source licences. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and the applications are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Questions: contact us through the contact form.
