Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Adobestocksy (adobestocksy.com) processes, why, and the choices you have. Adobestocksy (adobestocksy.com) is the website this policy applies to. You can contact us through the contact form.
Files you open in the applications
The twelve applications (PDFCraft, LightCraft, FilmCraft, FigCraft, DesignCraft, EffectCraft, CADCraft, DeckCraft, WordCraft, PhotoCraft, VectorCraft, GridCraft) run entirely in your web browser. Images, documents, videos and other files you open in them are read and processed on your own device. They are not uploaded to our server, and we cannot see them. When you save or export, your browser creates the file on your device as a download.
Some applications keep data in your browser's own storage on your device (for example LightCraft's photo library, FilmCraft's crash-recovery copy, recent-file lists and preferences). This data stays on your device; you can delete it at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser settings. We have no access to it.
Information our server receives
To deliver the website, our server and our hosting provider receive the technical data every website receives: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page. We use it to deliver pages, to protect the service against abuse (for example by limiting the number of requests per IP address for a few minutes) and to diagnose errors. Request logs are kept by our hosting provider, Render (Render Services, Inc., United States), for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.
Usage statistics (without cookies)
We count how the website is used so that we can improve it: page views, which application was opened, whether it started successfully or failed, and when a file was opened or saved. For files we record only the file type (for example "png"), never the file name or its content. Each event is stored as an aggregated daily count together with a device category (desktop, tablet or phone), the browser family and, for page views, the kind of referring website (for example "search engine"). These statistics do not use cookies or other storage on your device, do not include your IP address and cannot be linked to you.
Google Analytics
With your consent where the law requires it, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies (such as `_ga` and `_ga_<ID>`) and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the website: pages visited, the events listed above (application launches, file opens and downloads with the file type only, errors), approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser information, and how you reached the website. We do not send file names, file contents or personal details such as your name or email address to Google Analytics. IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4. Data is retained according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. More information: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics runs with analytics storage denied until you give consent, using Google Consent Mode.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
We show advertisements provided by Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) on some informational pages of the website. Advertisements are never placed inside the applications. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, to limit how often you see an ad, to measure ad performance and, where you have agreed or where the law allows it, to personalise ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings and learn more at How Google uses cookies in advertising. Other ways to opt out of third-party vendor cookies are described at aboutads.info.
Consent
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for their choices through Google's consent message (a certified consent management platform that supports the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework). Visitors in US states with privacy laws can use the "Do not sell or share my personal information" option where it is shown. You can review or change your choices at any time with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page.
Contact form
If you send us a message through the contact form, we store your name, email address, subject, message and the time it was sent so that we can answer you. Messages are kept for up to 365 days and then deleted automatically, or earlier on request. We do not use them for marketing and do not share them with anyone.
Administrator accounts
The administration area of the website uses a strictly necessary session cookie for signed-in administrators only, and records administrator actions (with the administrator's IP address) in an audit log for security.
Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
We process technical server data and the cookieless usage statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a secure, working website. Analytics and advertising cookies are used on the basis of your consent where consent is required. Contact-form messages are processed to answer your request.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers named in this policy (our hosting provider, Google Analytics, Google AdSense and its advertising partners), and when required by law. Some of these providers are located in the United States; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing), to data portability, and to complain to your data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact form. Because the website does not create user accounts and the usage statistics cannot be linked to individuals, in most cases the only personal information we hold about you is a contact-form message you sent.
Children
The website is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change how we process data, for example by switching an integration on or off, this page is updated and the date below changes.
